When you become a One of many™ Coach, you work for you- no one else. That means you have the freedom to work with who you want, as often as you want. We expect some newly certified coaches to take up coaching full time. Others may choose to boost the income they receive from other jobs. And some will use the coaching in the job they are currently in. Whatever you choose to do with your newfound qualification, it's entirely up to you.

No. Your business is yours and yours alone. That means that, after your initial upfront investment (which may be paid in instalments) and your hotel accommodation during the live coaching intensive, anything you earn is yours to keep.

We recommend you start slowly by coaching people one-on-one. Once you're certified and better acquainted with the materials, you'll feel more comfortable coaching people in a group setting.

The One of many™ Certified Women's Coach Training Program is a licensing program.
